• Clients have 30 minutes before and after the event to set up and clean up

• Yes! Klawsome does not provide food/beverages, so feel free to bring any food, cake, beverages, etc. We have a variety of recommended vendors listed on our website for food, photography, balloons, and more. 

We recommend the following: 325 tokens ($250 package) per group of five kids. This breaks down to 50 tokens per child, with 75 tokens in reserve to give out to kids that need help. 

• We find some kids win a ton, but some need more help/guidance. Using the reserve near the end will ensure kids who need help with winning will receive it. Some kids will win ALOT of plushies but we guarantee at least one per child. Our staff will also be on the lookout for kids that need help.

• Please note you must purchase tokens in-store for events. We appreciate your understanding.

• Public play is about a half an hour while private events are about one hour of play (+ 30 min for setup and 30 min for cleanup).

• As Klawsome’s policy is that guests are responsible for bringing their own food/beverages, clients must take note and accountability of any allergies/dietary restrictions that guests have. 

• Klawsome does not provide a refund for a cancellation made 5 days or less before the event. If a client does not receive a refund, they may redeem all of their purchased tokens in store at a later date. Clients that make a cancellation more than 5 days in advance receive a full refund.

• Klawsome asks that guests cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If an unintended circumstance arises, we completely understand, but we kindly ask that the client contacts Klawsome as soon as possible.

• As Klawsome has limited space, a maximum of 12 adults are allowed along with the maximum of 12 children. 

• Klawsome keeps a limit on guests to ensure a fun and comfortable experience for everyone.

• Any guest aged 10 or under is required to have one (and only one) parent stay with them throughout the party. For any child older than 10, parents can simply drop them off. 

• Please note that the parent of the birthday guest must stay with their child for the entire party.

• Private parties are reservation-only in which families have exclusive, uninterrupted access to all Klawsome! machines

• Public/semi-private parties do not require a reservation (but highly recommended for the best customer experience). Clients may come in-store during Klawsome!’s regular hours for a birthday gift as long as they are subscribed to Klawsome!’s enewsletter

• Both events are tons of fun!

• The themed decorations include streamers, paper plates, tablecloths, props, etc.  

• Please note clients must book their event fourteen days in advance. However, we recommend booking as early as possible so you and Klawsome have ample time to create a memorable experience.

• If a client needs to schedule a last minute advance, you may do so by calling Klawsome directly. For short-notice events, we kindly ask for at least 5 days in advance. 

• Klawsome! will provide folding chairs for children, but extra chairs for adults must be requested.

If you would like to do something more last-minute for your birthday rather than a reservation, feel free to stop by during Klawsome’s regular hours for a public/semi-private party. Klawsome! wants to celebrate you! We will provide a balloon and a personalized gift bag and other birthday fun upon arrival.

• Email us before hand and let us know your favorite genre of Plush/Animal/Fandom and we’ll look to customize your gift even further.

• Upon special request and at no charge, Klawsome! can stock a machine with your favorite plushies (availability permitting).

Yes. Please notify Klawsome at least two weeks in advance to book a party. Saturdays are typically our busiest day, so we recommend booking a morning private event or keeping groups 7 guests or fewer during public hours for the best experience. Due to staffing, only two reserved parties can be booked per day. For inquiries and bookings, please contact events@klawsomenovi.com and allow up to three business days for a response.

Klawsome provides two rectangular tables, one round table, and stools for children. Folding chairs for adults are available upon request. If you would like a dedicated area, a one-hour private space rental is available for $100, which includes two rectangular tables and stools.

• However, please note that for a semi-private party with Paris Baguette, outside food is not permitted. Purchase of food from Paris Baguette is required.

Yes. Balloon decorations can be added to themed party décor to enhance your celebration.

Yes. Guests can visit anytime during regular hours and receive a personalized birthday gift bag and balloon for the celebrant. No purchase is necessary — just subscribe to Klawsome’s newsletter to redeem.
